DOUNE overwhelmed their Dundee opponents to sweep into the Scottish Cup 4th Round.

Sean Heaver hit a double hat trick, including converting 4 penalty kicks. Strike partner, Alan Inglis was also in the goals, netting 4.

Alan Inglis opened the scoring after 2 minutes, slotting home a clean side-foot finish from 8 yards.

Doune extended their lead after 12 minutes. Wellbank keeper Lubbie miscued his attempted clearance straight to Alan Inglis 20 yards out. Inglis slipped the ball home from 14 yards to make it 2-0.

Three minutes later, it was 3-0. Dylan McGowan crashed an unstoppable angled drive into the far corner of the net from 16 yards.

Graham McClymont made it 4-0 after 18 minutes. From 4 yards, McClymont turned a Sean Heaver corner into the net with his knee for his first goal of the season.

Alan Inglis completed his hat trick after 27 minutes. Inglis drove a free kick round the defensive wall and high into the left corner of the net to make it 5-0.

Within 30 seconds, Sean Heaver made it 6-0 cutting inside from the left before drilling a low drive into the corner from 20 yards.

Colin Burke made it 9-0 after 47 minutes, timing his run perfectly to glance a precise header into the far corner of the net from 14 yards.

Within 30 seconds, Sean Heaver’s slipped the ball home from 10 yards to make it 10-0.

On 50 minutes, Sean Heaver scored again to make it 11-0. Heaver clinically drilled home his second penalty of the day, sending the keeper the wrong way in the process.

On 59 minutes, Doune made it 12-0. Richard Smith met Sean Heaver’s near post corner from the right and directed the ball high into the net with a fine header from 8 yards.

One minute later, it was 13-0. Lukasz Duszynski pounced on a loose ball to loft the ball high into the net from two yards out.

Lukasz Duszynski won a penalty after 62 minutes. Sean Heaver rifled home to make it 14-0.

It became 15-0 after 87 minutes. L Colin Burke cut an inch-perfect pass across the face of the goal to David Innes who slammed home from 3 yards.

With the clock showing 90 minutes, Doune made it 16-0. Sean Heaver stepped forward and again slammed home his fourth spot kick to complete his double hat trick as Doune recorded another impressive result.
