VULNERABLE members of the Wee County community are being offered a helping hand by kind-hearted volunteers at a football team.
Coaches from the Wasp Community Club have been spotted in and around Alloa dropping off care packages during the coronavirus lockdown.
The team, which is part of Alloa Athletic's youth set-up, are collecting and delivering essential groceries and prescriptions for those who need them most.

And Max Nicholson, the club development officer, hopes they can use the pull of the Clacks club to engage with as many people as possible.
He told Advertiser Sport: "The football club is a massive hook and football in general is a very captivating and engaging thing for so many people across the world.
"The power of football is a massive pull and we want to use the reach of the football club to engage with people in Alloa.
"We thought that if we are out and about in the community and doing our own shopping, then it would be a nice thing to do to offer to help others.
"It really just comes from us wanting to keep people safe and wanting to help others.
"If we can do a little thing to make a big difference, then we want to do it."
Max knows it is a difficult time for everyone and the football club is no different, with all activities on hold for the foreseeable future.
But, he is sure they can continue to spread positivity throughout the town by continuing to use the power of the game to help.
He said: "My initial involvement in football comes from playing and loving the game and hoping to inspire others to do the same but even the talent development part of my job is a subdivision of a wider goal to just help people. Whether it's projects like the Man Cave, Football Fans in Training or any of the other ways we try to provide a service to the community.
"The on the field stuff is just one part of the club.

"Despite the 3pm kick-offs not being there on a Saturday, but you are seeing clubs all across the country doing amazing things to help people.
"That speaks volumes about the power of clubs in their communities."
