WHILE goal-hero Alan Trouten may well steal the headlines after sealing Alloa's comeback victory in Fife on Saturday, he wasn't the only one to turn in a shift.

The forward was ably supported by the likes of Steven Hetherington and Iain Flannigan, with the Wasps back four – before and after the injury to Neil Parry – should all be happy with their display.

However, it was fellow goalscorer Robert Thomson that just edged it as he claimed the title of Star Man.

Neil Parry...(Henry, 31).........6
Made a couple of comfortable saves and looked to dominate his box. A hamstring injury ended his day early.

Jon Robertson.......................7
Lovely interchange with Cawley and a nice ball teed up Trouten for the winner. Solid and dependable otherwise.

Liam Dick............................7
His fine strike led to Thomson’s equaliser just minutes after his excellent defending prevented a second for the hosts.

Scott Taggart.......................7
Back to partnering Graham due to Deas’ ineligibility and Taggart put in a solid showing.

Andy Graham.......................7
One slip in the second half nearly let Dunfermline in but otherwise Graham led the line to perfection.

Kevin Cawley.......................6
Slack in possession at times and dallied on the ball. But worked hard and involved in the winner.

Iain Flannigan......................7
Held a stranglehold on the midfield at times and worked diligently to protect the back four.

Steven Hetherington............7
Back with a point to prove and did so. Good on the ball and hard working off it.

Alan Trouten.......................7
His finish, which kissed the inside of the post, was sublime. Long may he reign.

Kevin O’Hara...(Malcolm, 80)........6
No-one can accuse O’Hara of ever lacking in effort and again he was full of running. Perhaps just lacking the killer touch, which will come.

Robert Thomson...(Buchanan, 62)...(star man)....8
Showed quick reactions to pop up at the back post and head home the equaliser. Involved in so much of Alloa’s best play and even fired an overhead kick just over.

Blair Malcolm...(on 80)....................4
Was barely on the field before he hobbled off injured.

Liam Buchanan...(on 62)...............5
Didn’t get a chance to influence things as Alloa defended their lead stubbornly.

Chris Henry...(on 31).....................7
Thrown into the side after Parry’s injury and was absolutely solid. A couple of fine stops.
