Neil Lennon has revealed more Celtic players want to LEAVE the club - but he does not expect any more top departures this window

Jeremie Frimpong is on the verge of a move out of Parkhead, with the player in talks with Bayer Leverkusen over a deal worth a reported £11million.

Lennon confirmed the shock news about the right-back earlier today but followed up with more revelations that other players fancy following the Ditch youngster out the door. But the manager believes the club will hold on to their top stars until at least the summer.

Asked during his press conference earlier this afternoon whether any other players wanted to leave the Hoops, Lennon said: "Yes." However he responded: "No", when asked if he anticipates any others leaving in January.

The Northern Irishman was also posed with a question about keeping players at the club who did not want to be there last summer, to which he said: "That's a hypothetical question. We tried to keep all our best players here to make a foray for another league title and to have another strong season.

"It's always difficult when players are agitating but we try to settle them down. I don't think anybody else will be leaving in the window. You can look at it in many different ways but we were happy with keeping the squad intact."
