There was no 1st xv match last Saturday, but the Crieff & Strathern Minis welcomed Perthshire to Braidhaugh.

The P4/5 team played games with both clubs mixing to give all of the players in attendance a game.

The P6/7's played a more competitive game of rugby that saw the Blue and Golds' youngsters win three out of the four games played.

However, all the players enjoyed the fun in the sun with rugby coming out as the overall winner.

This Saturday, the 1st xv return to league business as they go off on the road to face Grangemouth 2nd XV away to continue their hunt for promotion.

On Sunday, the U16 team welcome Montrose to Crieff.

All the other junior sections of the club are training away at Auchterarder High school to try and attract more players to rugby.

All are welcome regardless of experience to the sport. Starting at 11am, the club would like to invite anyone interested in having a go, to come along and enjoy a taster session.
