RECEPTION at the headquarters of Clackmannanshire Council will reopen to the public this month.
The entry area at Kilncraigs has been closed for refurbishment works, but will soon be reopened on Monday, March 11.
Public opening hours to Kilncraigs will be from 10am to 3pm from Monday to Friday, allowing Wee County residents to be able to access a variety of services.
Residents and customers can go in to make payments, including council tax, make enquiries and set up appointments for the services.
These services include housing, child care, adult care, planning, education, roads and licensing.
In the meantime, until reception is fully reopened, customers can continue to use Clackmannanshire Council’s online service to report issues, make a booking, fill out applications, and make payments, including council tax and rent.
The council’s online service can be accessed at clacks.gov.uk.
