Whyte will stand trial in July.
A MAN from Tillicoultry will go on trial later this year after pleading not guilty to a sexual offence.
Darren Whyte appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Wednesday, April 17, accused of exposing himself.
At the short court appearance, the 28-year-old denied the offence.
Whyte, of High Street, will now go on trial at Falkirk on Friday, July 5, with a further intermediate diet set for Wednesday, June 19.
