STRICTLY’S Joe Sugg and his telly girlfriend Diane Buswell thrilled shoppers on Buchanan Street when they went for a trip in between shows.

Joe and Diane, who were staying at the plush Blythswood Square hotel, couldn’t resist a wee shopping spree when they had downtime and ended up treating themselves in Fraser’s.

Joe later asked if he could watch the England Rugby game backstage and managed to get a TV set up in the dressing room.

Later on he messed around playing pranks in the corridors of the venue and even tried his Scots accent at one point.

He must have been working on it since his book signing here at the St Enoch Centre a few years ago.

NINA Nesbitt told me she has been working on a secret project with Rudimental since touring with them last month.

The hot Scot, who has now dyed her hair red for the winter weather, managed a marathon tour of venues for the launch of her new album The Sun Will Come Out, The Seasons Will Change.

We met up at Mharsanta restaurant in Glasgow’s Merchant City where Nina performed an intimate gig for select fans.

Among the songs was Chloe, a track about her friend who has had two babies, but Nina says she’s not feeling broody for the time being.

Instead she’ll make do with being mummy to her cute Pomeranian.

COMEDIAN Sean Locke was in his element as he performed at the launch of the brand new Glee Club in Glasgow.

As Glee owner Mark Tughan and I tucked into baskets of chicken wings and tubs of popcorn, Sean laughed: "It’s lovely to be in Glasgow at the end of dry January but you probably don’t know what that is do you?"

Sean, who made his way here by train, also had a pop at Virgin boss Richard Branson for owning everything apart from a Virgin funeral service.

Scots Comedian Jay Lafferty also had a go at Erin and Evan from Irvin, joking that they should be on Grand Designs and have five grand to buy a ‘hoose’.

Venue boss Mark Tughan told me they plan to host concerts at the Glee Glasgow venue too - and once played host to Adele down south.
