A SAUCHIE model and singer has hit the big time after signing with a top London talent agency that manages stars from Love Island and The Only Way is Essex.

Geo Madden, 23, has had big ambitions since he was young, but found it hard trying to break out and become a success while growing up in Clacks.

He told The Advertiser: "I have been through tough times trying to get out there, and trying to get established.

"Since I've been young I have been in and out trying to achieve this.

"From the age of 15 I’ve auditioned for Britain’s Got Talent and The X Factor.

"After a few knock backs I stopped chasing my dream then this year I thought I’m not giving up."

After spotting an opportunity with TMA Talent Management - a London firm known for working with some of TV's top talents - Geo jumped at the chance.

He said: "I just applied for it online and it's just kind of kicked off from there really.

"I went down to Manchester and they saw me, and now I've signed a five year contract.

"I'm going to be on First Dates and I'm flying to Paris for Paris Fashion Week - and if I get signed there I'll get sent to Miami."

Having only been with TMA for a few weeks, Geo claims he is stunned with how quickly his career is taking off.

He said: "It's crazy. I can't believe it. I've only been signed two months and it's kicking off already.

"It's been great because I'm on Instagram so I've got like 1,000 likes and my family have been really supportive of me."

When asked about what his plans are for the future, Geo claimed one of his biggest goals was to support gay rights - particularly after some of his experiences growing up.

He said: "It's been tough, you know, people bullying me and stuff like that.

"So I want to stand up for gay rights."

He is also passionate about helping young people to achieve their ambitions, and wanted to share his story in the hope that others who are struggling can keep on pushing towards their goals.

His message for others in Clacks with big dreams was simple: "Be yourself, be truthful, and never take no for an answer."
