Little Mix Magic tribute act
A TRIBUTE act’s Alloa gig has been cancelled.
Little Mix Magic was set to appear at Alloa Town Hall this Friday, October 19, with the concert featured on a number of events pages, including in the Advertiser’s columns.
However, the Advertiser learnt this week the gig has actually been cancelled for a while now.
A spokeswoman for Clackmannanshire Council, which owns and runs the Alloa Town Hall venue where the event was due to take place, said: “Due to contractual issues, this booking was cancelled by the council some months ago, and the promoter [was] informed of this.”
The band, which is due to appear in Glasgow and Larbert next week, was contacted by the Advertiser.
