Auchterarder Park was the venue for the second taster session in the 'Men & Kids' project last Wednesday evening.

Local Green Space Ranger Richard Armstrong took the group through a series of games and activities related to the wildlife we find in our area.

This included an action packed Bat and Moth chase, a challenge for the children to become botanists and rename some of the flowers they found in the park and a wildlife identification game.

Due to the success of the two taster sessions it is hoped that the 'Men & Kids' project will be back after the summer break.

Sessions are suitable for Primary aged children - boys and girls - and the significant man (18 +) in their life, be that dad, Granddad or uncle.
