AN ALLOA man has been fined for an “unpleasant” attack outside a nightclub.
Christopher Rae, 30, of The Wynd, appeared for sentencing at Alloa Sheriff Court.
He previously admitted that on June 26, 2022, at Bank Street, Alloa, he assaulted a man by pushing him to the ground and repeatedly kicking him.
Sentencing had been deferred for good behaviour and Rae stayed out of further trouble.
Sheriff Neil Bowie imposed a fine of £370.
He commented: “This was an unpleasant assault on someone outside a nightclub.”
