A 24-year-old shoplifter struck at the same Alloa store on successive days.
On both occasions, Aaron Stewart, formerly of Alloa, helped himself to booze.
Stewart, now of Davidson Street, Bannockburn, appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court for sentencing.
He previously admitted that on March 13 last year at Aldi, Whins Road, Alloa, he stole a bottle of alcohol. The next day, he returned to the same shop and stole another bottle of alcohol.
Sentence had been deferred for good behaviour and Stewart has stayed out of the further trouble, the court was told.
Sheriff Neil Bowie imposed a fine of £210.
