A YOUNG man is in hot water for getting back behind the wheel whilst disqualified.
On Thursday at Alloa Sheriff Court, Gary Thomson, 24, was due to be sentenced for driving along Tullibody's Carseview on March 18 this year while banned and without insurance.
The court was told that the Criminal Justice Social Work report previously ordered was not yet available as the accused, of Main Street in Cambus, turned up too late for his appointment.
Sheriff David Mackie adjourned the case until May 18 for the completion of the report.
